1. Order Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the order total.

2. Delivery Issues

• If the mulch is delivered as ordered but you change your mind after delivery, we cannot offer a refund due to the perishable nature and handling of the product.

3. Unsuccessful Delivery

• If we cannot complete the delivery due to inaccessible locations, incorrect delivery instructions, or absence of the recipient, a redelivery fee may apply. No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries unless it was due to our error.

4. Quality Concerns

• If you believe the mulch you received is of poor quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to determine an appropriate solution, which may include a partial refund or replacement.
