Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the order total.

If the mulch is delivered as ordered but you change your mind after delivery, we cannot offer a refund due to the perishable nature and handling of the product.
3. Unsuccessful Delivery

If we cannot complete the delivery due to inaccessible locations, incorrect delivery instructions, or absence of the recipient, a redelivery fee may apply. No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries unless it was due to our error.
